Graduate Groundwater Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret groundwater and environmental datasets using industry-standard tools
• Support the development and application of conceptual and numerical groundwater models
• Produce clear, concise, and well-structured technical reports for clients and regulators
• Assist with regulatory submissions and compliance documentation
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and project partners
• Contribute to project planning and delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
• Participate in site investigations, monitoring, and fieldwork where required
• Gain exposure to real-world engineering constraints and decision-making processes

About You

• A degree (or expected degree) in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A full driving licence is desirable (for site work opportunities) but not required
